Today we spent a good portion of the morning making gingerbread cookies..... and boy did they turn out good. Kaci's teacher needs 21 gingerbread cookies for a class project on Tuesday at school and we volunteered for the job. At first Kaci said the cookie dough smelled like dog food, but once it started to bake...she decided it smelled delicious! Thank goodness! Here they are cooling off on our new cookie racks. We saved 2 to decorate later tonight. We will post some pictures of them later.
