Open your presents at Christmastime but be thankful year round for the gifts you receive. ~Lorinda Ruth Lowen

This weekend Bailey and I got to be in our first parade EVER! It was the Christmas parade in downtown Georgetown and we got to ride on his pre-school float! It was so much fun. We arrived at school about 10 to help decorate, but they had already finished the job before we got there! We had some time to kill- so we walked around downtown Georgetown and checked out the craft booths, walked through the neatest bookstore, took pictures with cool inflatables, donated money to the Salvation Army and even found a big Christmas tree to take our picture under!
The parade kicked off at 12 and we were float 29- We shook our bells and sang " Jingle Bells" and "Frosty the Snowman" with Barney and The Wiggles as we rode down Main Street. PaPa, Kaci, Amber, Mark, Colton, Landry, Emily and Dylann were there to cheer us on! We yelled, "Merry Christmas" and waved until our arms hurt!
