Girl Scout Cookies Anyone???
Kaci has joined the BROWNIES!!! We are so excited and we joined just in time for cookie sales. Below you will find helpful information to help you in deciding which cookies you would like to purchase! We do not currently have any in stock, but are happy to take your order and get them for you A.S.A.P After Wednesday the 28th- we should have some in stock here at the house and can deliver upon request! Thank you for your support!
All of the cookies are trans-fat free again this year (hurray!!). We’ve also got a new cookie (Daisy Go Rounds) that come in wonderful 100 calorie packs (perfect for those, like me, who deal with portion control!!) According to my friend, they’re perfect for toddlers, too, because the little pouch tosses right into your bag, and they’re perfectly sized for little fingers!
This year’s cookie selection is:
Carmel deLites – Delicate vanilla cookies drenched in caramel, sprinkled with toasted coconut and laced with cocoa stripes!
Peanut Butter Patties – Crispy vanilla cookies layered with real peanut butter and blanketed with a chocolaty coating!
Shortbread – This scrumptious shortbread is a traditional favorite with a buttery, light flavor that tastes great!
Thin Mints – Thin chocolate wafers dipped in a rich chocolaty coating with a burst of pure peppermint! They are our top seller! (they taste best right out of the freezer, too!)
Peanut Butter Sandwiches – Deliciously smooth peanut butter sandwiched between crunchy oatmeal cookies!
Thanks-A-Lot – Heart-warming shortbread cookies dipped in rich fudge and topped with an embossed Thank You message in one of five languages!
Lemonades– Savory slices of shortbread with a refreshingly tangy lemon icing. (These are mommy’s favorite!)
Daisy Go Rounds – Crispy rounds with a cinnamon burst in every bite (similar to last year’s Cinnaspins, but even yummier!) Comes in handy 100-calorie packs.
Cookies are still only $3.50 per box and can be paid via cash or check (minimum of 4 boxes when paying with a check). Checks are made out to “GSCTX” (Girl Scouts of Central Texas).
Also, we want to let everyone know that our peanut butter cookies are okay! Our baker (ABC Bakers) does not use peanut butter from the affected plants, and also tests their peanut butter before making the cookies to prevent contamination. You can read their official statement on their website at www.abcsmartcookies.com.
